Real Fit with Chrissy

Last updated 5 August 2026

This policy explains what information Real Fit with Chrissy collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Real Fit with Chrissy is a personal coaching business operated by Chrissy, reachable at realfitchrissy@gmail.com.

WHAT IS COLLECTED

When you fill in a form in a Facebook or Instagram ad. These forms open inside the app and collect your name and email address, which Meta fills in from your account. They also ask a small number of questions about your goals, such as which stage of menopause you are in, what you have already tried, how soon you want to start, and whether you would consider paid coaching. You choose your answers, and you can close the form without submitting it.

When you take the quiz. The quiz asks six multiple-choice questions about how your body and energy have changed. Your answers are used to work out your result. To see the full result you are asked for your first name and email address.

When you visit a page. Standard technical information is collected, such as the pages you open and roughly when. See "Advertising and tracking" below.

You are not asked for health or medical information. Questions about life stage or goals are not a diagnosis and are not treated as medical records. Please do not send medical details through these forms.

WHY IT IS COLLECTED

- To send you the free guide or quiz result you asked for.

- To follow up by email about coaching, and to share content you may find useful.

- To understand which ads and topics are actually helping people, so the useless ones can stop.

- To have a useful conversation if you book a call, rather than starting from nothing.

ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

Ads run on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. A Meta pixel is used on the quiz page. It records that a page was opened, that a quiz result was shown, and that a form was submitted. This is how ad performance is measured and how ads are shown to people more likely to find them relevant.

Meta processes this information under its own terms. You can review and change what Meta shares about you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

WHO ELSE SEES YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the services needed to run this business:

- Meta, which runs the ads and the forms you fill in.

- Email and customer software, which stores your contact details and sends the emails you signed up for.

- Google, because some free guides are hosted as files on Google Drive, so opening one loads it from Google.

Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it.

HOW LONG IT IS KEPT

Contact details are kept while there is a reason to stay in touch. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, your details are deleted, apart from anything that must be kept for tax or legal records.

YOUR CHOICES

- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

- Ask what is held about you, and get a copy.

- Ask for your information to be corrected or deleted.

Email realfitchrissy@gmail.com for any of these and it will be handled. You do not need to give a reason.

CHILDREN

This coaching is for adults, and specifically for women over 40. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

COACHING IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Nutrition and fitness coaching is not medical care, and nothing here or in the free guides is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing how you eat or train, particularly if you have a health condition or take medication.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be mentioned by email to anyone on the list.
